Before your office visit, please call our office to inform us of
1) any cold or flu-like symptoms,

2) recent exposure to individuals who tested positive for COVID-19, and

3) recent travel (within the past 2 weeks). Depending on the circumstances, we may kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
